Poster Exhibit Opening Reception - November 8th. Poster exhibit of Ryszard Kaja works during all festival hours. All films screenings November 8th – 11th and 18th. Children’s Program (films, activities, snacks and drinks.) APFF International Shorts Competition Award Ceremony and screenings. Formal dinner receptions with VIP guests in attendance (Polish food by local Apolonia Catering.) All day celebrations of the 100-year Anniversary of Poland’s Regained Independence at the Blanton Museum of Art (films, talks, live music, poster exhibit, folk dance performance.)
Pickup Instructions: All items purchased online will be available for pick up only during the festival at the “will call” stand at the AFS Cinema (the festival venue ) November 8 -11, 2018. Please have the confirmation email printed or saved on your phone.
APFF Badge holders are eligible for all festival events including entry into the theaters for all 5 days (Nove. 8-11 & 18) of films and the reception. Badges are NOT transferable.
Disclaimer: Badge holders have priority entry into the screening room as long as they are present at least 15 minutes before the start of a film. Individual ticket holders will be seated not earler than 15 minutes prior to a screening.
We are not able to offer refunds for unused or unclaimed items.
